Westside assists patients with Medicaid applications through the Delaware Division of Social Services (DSS). Our certified specialists help you complete and submit your application to determine eligibility. Delaware Medicaid and CHIP eligibility renewals restarted on April 1, 2024. Over a 12-month period, the state will process renewals based on recipients’ annual renewal date. Some recipients will be required to complete a renewal packet to verify their eligibility for Medicaid coverage.
Steps for Medicaid renewal:
- Make sure your contact information is up to date with Delaware Medicaid.
- Check your mail and email for communication from Delaware Medicaid.
- If you receive a renewal form, complete it and return it according to the instructions on the form.
If you have questions or need help with the Medicaid renewal process, or have been denied Medicaid, our enrollment specialists are here to help. If you no longer qualify for Medicaid, you may be eligible for other coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
