Sliding-Fee Scale
As a part of Westside’s mission, we want to make our services affordable for patients. With the sliding-fee scale, the cost of your visit is based on your household income and the number of family members in your household.
Good Faith Estimates
Westside can help you predict the cost of your visit with a good faith estimate. It helps you determine which sliding-fee scale you belong to, as well as the cost of your expected care. Actual service costs may vary depending on diagnoses—our staff will help you determine the actual cost of care at your appointment.

Medical
- Visit:$30
- Lab Fee:$15
- Medications and Immunizations Dispensed (does not include Nexplanon or IUDs):Included in the cost of the visit.
Dental
- Visit:$50
- Consultation:$15
- Specialized dental work (ex: root canals, crowns, dentures, bite guard):A treatment plan with charge details will be attached to a good faith estimate and will be signed by both provider and patient prior to treatment.
- Local anesthesia or drug dispensing (does not include prescription drugs obtained outside of our facilities):Included in the cost of the visit.
